Testimonial

One of our loyal customers who came to the 2025 edition

“I was fortunate enough to make the list for DIZPOT's Montana extravaganza, and it was everything I needed and more. From fly fishing on the Gallatin River to unforgettable food and meaningful conversations, this trip checked so many boxes. I deepened my connection with DIZPOT and built lasting relationships with other operators from around the country. One of the best trips I've ever taken.”

FAQs

Find answers to your questions below!

  1. What should I wear?

Dress in layers: moisture-wicking base layers, insulating mid-layers, and a waterproof outer shell. Bring sturdy boots, gloves, sunglasses, and a hat. Rental ski/snow gear or fishing jackets will be available onsite if needed.

  2. How do I get to Montana Fish & Ski Camp?

You are responsible for booking your own airfare to Montana. A $500 travel voucher will be provided to put towards the cost of your flight.

Upon arrival, DIZPOT and your host group will coordinate comfortable transportation from the airport to your lodging to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival on Wednesday.

Please note: If you arrive outside of the designated shuttle pickup/drop-off times, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the airport.

  3. Do I need experience with fishing/skiing/snowmobiling?

Not at all—we accommodate all skill levels! Our pro instructors lead group breakout sessions from beginner to advanced. Whether you're casting your first fly or riding the groomed mountain, we’ll set you up for success.

  4. Where are we staying?

Participants will stay at Gravity Haus Big Sky, a boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Big Sky’s Town Center. Just minutes from the slopes and local attractions, this thoughtfully designed property offers modern, double-occupancy rooms with curated amenities and mountain-inspired comfort.

  5. Will I have cell service/WiFi?

Expect spotty or limited cell service near Lake and Ridge trails. Your room and most lodges offer WiFi in common areas and designated spots—perfect for checking-in!

  6. Can I bring a +1?

Yes! Guests are welcome when space allows, but require their own registration and will share your room. Let us know in advance so we can reserve lodging and meals accordingly.

  7. What does it cost?

You are entitled to pay for your round-trip airfare and airport transportation IF you are not staying on the set Arrival day (Wednesday) and departing on the set any expenses outside of lodging, DIZPOT dining, and anything you want to partake in that is outside of the itinerary.
